Refined Data Solutions is based in Toronto. We build reporting and data aggregation software for commercial real estate owners, managers and asset managers, and we have been doing it long enough to recognise your quarter end from the first phone call.
How we started
The reports were the hard part, not the data
Our first CRE project was a straightforward request: automate one quarterly investor report. The property system held most of what was needed, but the finished report also depended on two workbooks, a valuation file and a set of comments that arrived by email. It took three weeks of manual work every quarter, and nobody could prove where a given number had come from.
We fixed that one report. Then the same request arrived from another owner with a different system, and another with both Yardi and MRI in the same group. The pattern was always the same, so we built the platform around it rather than around any single system.

Never overwrite the source
Source data stays as it was read. Corrections are recorded as adjustments with a reason and an author, so the trail survives staff changes and audits.
Fit your process, not ours
We match the report you already publish before we suggest a single change to it. Your stakeholders should not have to relearn a document because you changed software.
Answer the phone at quarter end
The people who built your reports are the people you reach when something looks wrong. There is no support tier between you and them.
